Video from the Summer School

The Summer School in Phenomenology and Philosophy of Mind is an annual event organized by the Center of Subjectivity Research and co-funded by the PhD School at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Copenhagen. The summer school, which primarily targets PhD students and advanced MA students, comprises five days of lectures and seminars focusing on central themes within the philosophy of mind, viewed from a phenomenological perspective.

The summer school provides an opportunity for students and researchers from all over the world to meet and engage in fruitful discussion. In 2014 the summer school lecturers were Walter Hopp (Boston University, USA), Julia Jansen (University College Cork, Ireland), Dorothée Legrand (ENS-CNRS, Paris, France), Søren Overgaard (University of Copenhagen, Denmark) and Dan Zahavi (University of Copenhagen, Denmark). The attending 120 participants from 30 countries provided lively and constructive debate.
