Fee
The registration fee is as follows:
The Early Bird registration fee (until 1 February 2026) is DKK 1,400 including VAT.
The regular registration fee (from 2 February – 22 March 2026) is DKK 1,600 including VAT.
OBS: The deadline for cancellation and refund of the registration fee is 22 May 2026.
How to pay
Payment is available with credit card: Mastercard, Maestro, VISA and JCB.
Transactions are protected by 3D Secure Code to ensure the safety of your information. All Danish credit cards are automatically compatible with 3D Secure Code. If your card is not compatible with 3D Secure Code, you will receive an error message stating either “Mastercard secure” or “verified by Visa”. In this case you must contact your bank in order to have 3D Secure Code attached to your credit card.
If you have any further questions regarding payment, please write us at cfs@hum.ku.dk.
Registration criteria
The Summer School is primarily open to advanced MA students, PhD students or postdocs in philosophy or related fields.
Danish PhD and MA students do have to register, but they are not required to pay the registration fee in order to attend the Summer School. However, if they wish to participate in the social activities - which is strongly recommended - they do have to pay.
NB: From spring 2023 the Danish universities do not accept visitors or students with financing from CSC (Chinese Scholarship Council). The reason is that the terms of the contracts that CSC scholarship holders must sign compromise their working and living conditions, and are inconsistent with academic freedom as it is understood at Danish universities.
For registration without payment, please contact us at cfs@hum.ku.dk.
