My background is in classical phenomenology and philosophy of mind, and I mainly work on issues in the fields of social cognition, collective intentionality, and self-identity.
I am currently working within the framework of the project "Who are we? - Self-identity, Social Cognition, and Collective Intentionality", directed by Dan Zahavi and funded by the European Research Council.
My current research revolves around the question of how to understand the relationship between the first-person singular and the first-person plural perspectives. I am investigating this question by focusing on the status of collective or we-identity vis-à-vis self-identity, with a particular (although not exclusive) focus on close personal relationships (e.g. friendship, romantic partnerships, and family relationships). As part of my current research, I am also working on the topics of joint attention and communication.
I came to Copenhagen in 2011 for my MA studies in philosophy, and I have previously worked as PhD fellow (2013-2016) and Postdoc (2016-2019) at the Center for Subjectivity Research.
